A well-attended Church Meeting was just what was needed to consider and discuss some matters which will prove important for the future well-being of the Church.
Read on...Its June … how did that happen?? My brain is still somewhere around “just after Christmas”! But no…. we’re into the sixth month of the year and … shhhhh … the weather has been warm recently, the schools have just had half term and teenagers are busy doing their exams.
Read on...During April we celebrated Easter, the resurrection of our saviour Jesus Christ on the first Sunday of the month.
Read on...Sadly, our March Church Meeting was something of a non-event, with only a couple of members being present on the day due to a wide range of other commitments. Consequently, we could not take any decisions, or even to discuss Church business in a way that would involve many who presumably would prefer to have an input.
Read on...Here we are in the third month of the year and hopefully Spring will begin. We are beginning to see signs in the church garden as warmth encourages growth.
Read on...And suddenly it is February, Christmas is weeks ago and January has blown past us in those many storms with odd names! Of course, Christmas may have drawn to a halt on January 6th for most of us, but officially the Christmas season continues until Candlemas, on February 2nd. I ‘m not sure whether that means you could have left your tree and cards up until Monday….
